Outbound IP Address Change for Talent Portal
Due to some technical issues, the Outbound IP address will not change this weekend. We will come back with a New Date. If your organization uses a custom domain for the Talent Web Portal, then you don't need to change your DNS record until further information.
As previously communicated, we are scheduled to implement an Outbound IP Address change for the Talent Portal on November 4th and 5th. This alteration is part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the performance and security of our systems.
New Outbound IP Address: 220.127.116.11
The following Applications and Services will be affected by this change:
• Talent Web Portal
• Talent Public API
• User Import Jobs/Applications
What we would like you to do:
To ensure uninterrupted access to these services, we kindly request that you take the following actions:
- Firewall Configuration:
If your firewall currently restricts access based on specific IP addresses, please update it to include the new Simployer Outbound IP Address: 18.104.22.168 in the list of permitted addresses.
- Custom Domain (Talent Web Portal):
If your organization uses a custom domain for the Talent Web Portal, and your DNS records point to an IP address, you will need to update the DNS records accordingly. Redirect your domain to the new IP Address provided (22.214.171.124).
