Hosting partners

Professional hosting partners

Simployer engages professional 3rd party sub-contractors to do technical hosting of our environments. These partners provide network infrastructure, compute capacity, storage capacity and IT security for the Simployer products. The partners play no active role in application management, and they have no active part towards our customers. As a customer you will not notice which hosting partner that is actually in use, and you will only relate to Simployer.

Application management is done by Simployer ourselves on secure connections between Simployer and the partner. Simployer has signed Data Protection Agreements with all our hosting partners, and all our hosting partners is ISO27001 certified.

All our hosting partners operate with data centers within the EU/EEC.

Only authorized personnel from the hosting partners have physical access to the data centers.

Microsoft Azure

Microsoft Azure is a world wide provider of cloud services. Parts of the Simployer suite of modules is hosted in Microsoft Azure. We currently use Azure data centers in the Netherlands, Ireland and Norway, and we guarantee that we will not host Simployer on data centers outside of the EU/EEC. Microsoft offers a wide range of compliance offerings for customers in all industries, they hold a wide range of certifications and they are transparent on all their policies.

Simployer has conducted its own evaluation of Microsoft Azure as a hosting partner for our products, and our conclusion is that Azure is:

  • Compliant with all technical and regulatory standards required to host Simployer.
  • A worldwide front runner when it comes to security, privacy and flexible operationality for the Simployer suite.

Our list of sub-processors as stated in the Data Protection Agreement states which Simployer modules are hosted in Azure at any given time.
